Meet Authentic Custom Homes, owned and operated by husband and wife duo: Kenyon and Brandi Woods. They want your home to be Authentic, not like every one else's. To them, every house should be as special as the family that makes it their home.
Do you have a building style? If so, how would you briefly describe it?
We build a variety of styles including Transitional, Traditional, Craftsman and many more. We unveiled some modern plans this year and we are excited to showcase a Modern Farmhouse style with our Street of Dreams home.
We can't wait to see your Street of Dreams custom home! If you could give us one little sneak peek, what would it be?
This home will have so many things that people will love, from the two-story master closet to the large windows in the main area that bring in a lot of light and overlook the spa and the trees in the backyard. We have a restaurant-style wine storage, a rock climbing wall, and a master shower that people will be talking about! I don't want to give away the details of the master bathroom, but it's a must see.
What's your favorite thing about being a home builder?
The building industry has given me the ability to build a very successful and reputable company with my wife as my partner. I am so proud of our company and the service that we offer to our customers. Our focus is on quality and customer service. Each home built employs many people in this community, and that gives me great joy as well.
If you can pick one, what is your favorite design trend right now?
Right now, our favorite design trend is the modern farmhouse and we wanted to bring that to OKC. Urban Farmhouse Design has partnered up with us, as well as Amini's Galleria, to decorate this home and complete the vision.
What is your best advice to readers when it comes to custom home building/design?
Custom building is only as difficult as you make it. Do your research, find a Certified Professional Builder to build your home, and then trust that they will make your dreams a reality.
What's it like to be a part of Street of Dreams? And what are you most excited for with Street of Dreams?
We are honored to be one of the Street of Dreams builders. Every home will be amazing. People love homes and home design and this is an exciting event that will give everyone the opportunity to see seven incredible homes in one neighborhood. We are excited to showcase what we can do on a large scale.
