They have come together to form Gibbs-Hancock Luxury Estates for the Street of Dreams 2018, but Jeff Gibbs and Austin Hancock are not new to the central Oklahoma home building scene. With more than 30 years of construction experience, Jeff Gibbs’ building knowledge dates back to 1983, when he first became licensed to inspect buildings in Edmond. And Austin Hancock grew up in the home building industry as the son and grandson of home builders.
